The Department of Internal Affairs Contact Centre wants people who will deliver outstanding customer service!
Our Wellington Contact Centre has full time, permanent positions available:
Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with one Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. every 6 weeks.
Our inbound Contact Centre supports customers by phone with community funding, charity obligations and RealMe services. You will need to help our customers and communities with information, applications and online support.

There is an increasing demand and provision for online services. Our customers have varying degrees of comfort with online services so we need people who are patient and have adaptable communication skills.
We can teach you how to use our systems and tools. All you need is to bring your great attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability and willingness to learn.
