We need digitally- and user-savvy people to act as change agents to drive change and capability improvement with and for agencies.
As part of the Agency Partnerships and Capability group, you will work alongside other specialist consultants to give advice and guidance to agencies so they employ user-centred techniques to design the overall experience of a service for customers.
You will have a key role in ensuring the standards, information, online tools and website content used by agencies are designed around the needs of their customers. You will make best use of service design expertise and capability to help agencies redesign services from a customer perspective, and then empower and enable those agencies to manage the process and own the outcomes themselves.

You also know how to engage effectively with stakeholders and bring about positive change.
