Six month fixed term/secondment opportunity Programme Co-ordinator

Archives New Zealand, Te Rua Mahara o Te Kawanatanga sits within the Information and Knowledge Services branch, the Department s epicentre of information management, culture and heritage. Our branch is all about collecting, storing and preserving important things that are precious to New Zealand.

Archives New Zealand is the official guardian of New Zealand s public record. We have developed a long-term strategy Archives 2057. In order to achieve this vision, Archives New Zealand needs to transform and therefore we have established a Transformation programme.

This programme has oversight of a number of key projects which are central to advancing us towards our 2057 vision.

We are looking for an experienced can-do Programme Co-ordinator to support the Director Transformation to deliver this programme successfully.

To succeed in this role you will need to have proven experience in:

         schedule management and co-ordination

         management of project finance and budgeting

         producing project or programme documents and artefacts

         risk and issue management

For this role you will be :

         an excellent administrator

         great at building effective working relationships

         an excellent relationship manager

         detailed focused
