The delivery of projects sits within the Technology Services and Solutions (Te Ara Matihiko) within Organisational Capability and Services; a branch dedicated to supporting the rest of the Department to succeed by providing corporate services that help business groups and people within DIA to make the best contribution to New Zealand.
To be successful in the role you will have:
Project Coordination experience or relevant experience
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Strong stakeholder management skills able to build and maintain effective working relationships
Sound communication skills both written and oral
Able to produce clear, concise documentation
An understanding of project environments and what makes them successful
