The Senior Advisor Regulatory Assurance and Stewardship, reporting to the Chief Advisor, will help to set up and road test our new Regulatory Assurance and Stewardship function within Te Tari Taiwhenua Internal Affairs.
This role will provide advice and expertise in regulatory stewardship to build regulatory capability and best practice across Te Tari Taiwhenua s 14 regulatory systems. This will be achieved by:
About you
You will have significant experience in providing advice and support in a regulatory function and in advising senior leaders. As an experienced regulatory practitioner, you will have deep knowledge of regulatory functions, roles and best practice models. You will also have strong relationship management skills, enabling you to work with regulators across Internal Affairs and across regulatory systems. Collegiality and willingness to provide critical friend advice to senior leaders and peers will be important.
