As part of Regulatory Services in Policy, Regulatory and Communities you will have the opportunity to contribute to supporting the safety, wellbeing and success of New Zealand communities, and provide advice and support to our Ministers in Government.This is a 12-month fixed term role for a Business Process Analyst who has a passion for unpicking a complex regulatory landscape and delivering value to an experienced business by understanding the current state and delivering it into the future. This role would suit someone with enterprise-level experience in a regulatory environment and that has had exposure to both technical and business change initiatives.Key responsibilities: Ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders to interpret and implement Current and Future State processesAnalysis and proposals to Operating Model development You will provide detailed instructions for training and support for change managementAbility to manage stakeholders within the business and build strong relationships across all internal delivery teams is crucial.You will collaborate with Product Owners and other delivery teams to understand and negotiate the priorities and impacts.
