What you’ll do

This is an outstanding opportunity within our Digital Workplace & Knowledge Services group to provide staff with day-to-day support in the use of the (currently SharePoint and Yammer based) digital workplace (intranet, collaboration and document management). This will include content management, site, list (resource) and workflow creation, problem-solving, permissions management, updating support documentation, delivering training and contributing to innovation and refinement of the platform.

What you’ll need

As a highly able communicator, you’ll relate effectively to people from both technical and non-technical backgrounds and will demonstrate ability in writing, editing and presenting well-structured online content. High levels of proficiency and accuracy in written English will be essential.

You will have a can-do attitude, readily embrace change and be comfortable with new ways of working while enjoying being part of a tight-knit, supportive team that like to have fun.
