This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our team to contribute to social work and support worker education in programmes underpinned by principles of social justice, bicultural practice and empowering others to promote personal and social change. The major focus of the role is working in with students in the Bachelor of Social Work, the NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing. There are opportunities to work in course theory and skills, field education and placement support.
The successful applicant will work with a team of staff who are experienced social work educators. This role requires a social worker who is passionate about practice, field education, and has an excellent reputation as a professional. This role may suit an experienced educator or someone new to social work education who is seeking a change in the direction of their career and wanting to move into education.
