An opportunity currently opens for an Account Assistant. The position is primary responsible for,
Account Receivable function – Process of receipts and deposits, preparation of customer monthly invoices and statements, debt collection and maintain age debtor reconciliation.
Account Payable function ? Process payments, liaise with creditors and maintain age payable reconciliation.
Processing of bank transaction and month end bank reconciliation.
Monitoring and Control of operation expenditure.
Reconcile inter-company balances.
The successful applicant required to have the following skills and attributes,
Good communication skill.
Able to read and speak fluent English and preferably Chinese (Mandarin).
A customer focused approach.
Enthusiastic, positive and can-do attitude
Able to analysis problems and take immediate and effective actions.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
Minimum office clerical experience and good organisation skill.
Able to operate and complies within business systems.
Able to multitask and prepared to work overtime.
Willing to learn and enjoys the challenge.
