Job Description Exciting opportunity for an experienced administratorSupportive team with a fun cultureLong-term career progression availableThe OpportunityDue to an internal promotion, our Nelson branch currently has a rare opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the team as an Account Broker.This role would see you supporting two successful Account Managers with day-to-day administration and support for their Commercial and Domestic clients. As a key point-of-contact, you will engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders through the day.You would be accountable for:Managing the insurance claims process for clientsAssisting with client quotes and renewalsPreparing policy schedules, client presentations, and reportsWorking with clients’ insurance providers, law firms, and external vendorsSupporting ad-hoc branch duties alongside the wider team.About youYou could have a background in Administration or Office Support with a passion for putting the customer first and going the extra mile. Prior experience in Insurance would be advantageous but not essential – training will be provided if you are eager to learn.
