Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will provide outstanding sales support to customers and work with the Business Development Managers to proactively build professional relationships to achieve regional sales targets. You will deal with customer inquiries, including quotations and product orders, and help drive sales systems and processes in support of the sales process. P&F Global is very supportive of training and development and comprehensive formal training programmes are available to those who want to grow and develop within the role and/or business.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have sales and customer service experience and be solutions and process focused. Alternatively, a strong understanding of sales and the ability to demonstrate supporting the sales process is desired. You will be a fast learner, have great attention to detail, outstanding communication skills and be able to multitask. In addition, a passion for delivering excellent internal and external customer service, and drive to help achieve sales targets is essential. Experience within a related sector is an advantage. Your key strengths will be your ability to build strong relationships and exceed customer expectations.
