The OpportunityWe have an exciting fixed-term opportunity in our Client Service department, as an Account Manager, where you will be a data and insights advisor, helping to enable growth for both our clients and IRI. You will•Develop, maintain and execute assigned initiatives from client Account Plans to deliver growth for our clients and IRI•Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, contribute to client meetings, and identify new opportunities to grow client and IRI revenue•Demonstrate, pitch and provide quotations for appropriate syndicated data access solutions and day to day project brief work•Use IRI proprietary software to mine data, construct analyses and provide insights and recommendations to clients•Identify new opportunities to grow client and IRI revenue engaging subject matter experts as requiredWho You AreYou are reliable, organized and pro-active, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and curious nature. You love working as part of a team and engaging in collaborative problem solving. You are passionate about what you do and continually strive to improve how you do things. You will also have:•3+ years’ experience in FMCG or in a related agency role•Tertiary qualification in a Business or Management related field is preferred•Proven ability to build and manage relationships•Excellent commercial acumen•Technologically astute with ability to adapt to new software•Proven ability to lead, influence and motivate others•Excellent presentation skills•Business development capability•Proven ability to plan effectively and prioritize without impacting client deliveryWhat We Offer YouIRI is a leading provider of integrated big data, predictive analytics and actionable insights.
