About the Role: As an Enterprise & Government Account Manager, you will be accountable for developing and maintaining key relationships, with a focus on growing both business and awareness across key enterprise and government customers in the portfolio. Developing networks, both internally and externally, will be second nature to you – bringing together the best of this business is key to deliver amazing customer outcomes! You will have a strong customer focus and be responsible for identifying solutions that will help customers succeed You will be responsible for strategy and engagement including relationship management to a senior level, and full end to end account planning. You will utilise your outstanding communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to craft bids and win competitive pitches. About You: A senior role, you will have a good number of years of experience in senior sales and account management roles. As this role is in the ICT industry, you will have a proven record of success and achievement in Digital sales – ideally in the Enterprise or Government space! Good technical experience will be well received. You will have a positive attitude , am ambitious growth mindset and a focus on personal growth. You will also be adaptive and resilient used to working in fast paced environments. You will have the ability to develop, build and lead relationships at all levels of an organisation and exceed their expectations. You will have sound commercial acumen with a passion for customer outcomes, credibly being able to talk to a customers about solutions You will be highly organised with excellent project management skills.
