About the Role: A great opportunity for a motivated self-starter, you will primarily work from home when you’re not visiting with financial advisers or running workshops and road shows in the Christchurch area. This role reports directly into the General Manager, and will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships with financial advisers as well as recruiting new advisers and working with third party suppliers. You will develop and execute key strategies to ensure increased support for advisers, and then roll these out across the country through roadshows and workshops that you have facilitated and coordinated. This role is supported by a wider team of administrators and internal brokers (insurance specialist) alongside other national account managers/business development managers. About You: You will come from a financial services background or have a strong Business Development/ Account Management background and technology. You will have strong commercial acumen and have a proven track record of achievement against set goals. You will have superior presentation skills and feel comfortable and confident representing the company at industry events. You will have a positive, upbeat collaborative attitude.
