Being part of the Accounting Advisory Services team at PwC is not just about applying the accounting standards. You will get to work with a wide range of clients from market-leading public and private businesses to public sector organisations and government agencies, helping them build trust and solve important problems thereby fulfilling their financial reporting obligations. You will also play an integral part in working with our audit teams, developing guidance and upskilling them on topical financial reporting issues.About our team Accounting Advisory Services is one of the fastest growing and diverse business units within PwC. Our team of highly experienced IFRS and PBE Standard specialists helps PwC’s clients solve complex accounting and financial reporting challenges. We are highly connected to other advisory teams within PwC and often work alongside these teams to assist clients in understanding the accounting outcomes of transactions they enter into. This work could range from IPO support, acquisitions and divestments, policy choices to working alongside our sustainability team to help organisations on their journey of reporting on how they manage climate-related risks and opportunities, which is one of the most critical emerging challenges businesses are facing today. You will also play an integral part in working with our audit teams, developing guidance and upskilling them on topical financial reporting issues.Ngā Kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the roleAs a Manager, you will play an important role in our Accounting Advisory Services team.
