About the Role
We are looking for an Assessor to support the accreditation function involving service and community providers funded by government. Social Services Accreditation is working under a new operating model to ensure our service is high quality, flexible and meets the expectations of the sector.
This role would suit a person with experience in accreditation and/or a background in community service with a focus on;
You will be part of a dynamic and supportive Social Services Accreditation team, accrediting a wide range of social service providers. This role is based in Christchurch.
Ideally you will be based in Christchurch, but we are taking a flexible approach to ensure we get the right person.
This is a rewarding and varied role and you will be working both independently and collaborating as part of an accreditation team.

About the Team
Social Service Accreditation (SSA) provides an accreditation service by assessing social service providers contracted by MSD, OT, Corrections, MOJ, HUD and MPP.
We are responsible for the establishment, development and management of relationships with communities and service delivery providers to ensure the delivery of a network of high-quality community based social services that improve the outcomes for communities and families.
