The purpose of this position is to carry out accounts and client liaison, whilst also being flexible to assist with office administration as and when required. It’s dynamic and fast growing company based on the South Korea HQ with World-wide International Branches. Most importantly, It’s not the normal ‘Big corporate’ where you are stuck in the usual structures and cycles. Its nimble, adventurous and new opportunities are ahead of us.Key duties will include:Data entry of account payable invoices and communicate with suppliers regarding invoice issueEffective working in a team environmentAccount receivable & credit control ? Issuing invoices, statements, bank reconciliation and chasing overdue accountsMonitoring and reconciliation of daily general ledger transactions Monthly / quarterly / yearly reporting to the parent company (HQ)Maintain and provide information to assist management to make strategic financial decisionsKey requirements are:Previous experience working in Finance / Accounting environmentStrong financial/accounting knowledge (including proven experience)Experience in ORACLE & SAP (Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP) and/or MS office is essentialCan-do attitudePerforming all tasks with fluent communication skills in both English and KoreanExcellent clear telephone, E-writing, Communication mannerEffective time management and organisational skillsExperience in an administrative based positionExceptional organisational skills and attention to detailApplicants must have valid right to work within NZThis could be one of the most exciting roles to come through the region in 2021. Regarding further questions, Please email your resume through hr@ottogi.co.nz [link removed] & first instance by hitting the ‘Apply Now’ job button and we will be right back to you.
