We are currently looking for a full time, permanent Administration Officer to join our team based at our Hamilton Community Corrections Service Centre – “The Hub”.
Our staff come from different backgrounds, cultures, education and experience – and together their purpose is to motivate people in our care to make positive changes in their lives, to help make our communities safer.
About the role:
This is an entry level administration role with development opportunities.
You will support the Community Corrections team with a great part of the role being front-line reception duties dealing directly with those requiring the service of Probation Officers.
Other key tasks involve liaising with organisations and services we work with, processing offender files, preparing documents for court, purchasing materials and record management are some of the many tasks an Administration Officer undertakes.

The salary range for this role is $44,408 – $52,137. The work profile for this position is Monday to Friday, working a 40-hour week.
Applicants must be a New Zealand citizen, New Zealand Resident Permit holder, Australian citizen or an Australian resident who holds a current Australian Resident Return Visa.
You will need a full driver licence for this role.
