We are currently looking for a permanent part-time Administration Officer to join our team of Psychologists.

About the role | Mō te tūnga

In this busy and varied role, you will be provide a range of administrative services to a large group of Psychologists and the team manager.

Your key tasks will include;

  • Assisting with file management systems
  • Organising staff travel and accommodation
  • Coordinating meetings and minute-taking.

You will enjoy working collaboratively as one team in a challenging and fast paced environment. To be effective in this role you must be able to multitask, remain adaptable, follow and adhere to strict policies and procedures, and have sound judgement in prioritising tasks and activities to meet deadlines.

Skills & Experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako

You will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to organise effectively, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • A thorough knowledge of office administration
  • Resilience and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • A high level of proficiency in computer software and database systems including Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

You will need a full New Zealand driver licence for this role.

The salary range for this role is $44,408 – $52,137 per annum, which is pro-rated to 20 hours per week. Progression is dependent on meeting required competency standards.  The preferred hours for this role are 8am to 12pm Monday to Friday. But flexibile working arrangements can be negotiated.

Applicants must be either; a New Zealand citizen, New Zealand Resident Permit holder, Australian citizen or an Australian resident who holds a current Australian Resident Return Visa.
