Job Description – Administration Support (WAI17048)Administration Support:WAI17048Where you’ll be working:Breast Care Centre providing Diagnostic and BreastScreening Administration servicesThe details: Fixed term to April 2022, 80 hours per fortnight. The hours of work are 8am-430pm Monday-Friday, with a shared late shift rosters as required. About the role The Breast Care Centre operates both Diagnostic and BreastScreening services. The team are looking for administrators to join our supportive team keen to deliver a high quality service. This role will support the BreastScreen Midland Call Centre, Breast Care Centre Administration teams (Booking Clerk, Reception and Typists) and Mobile service reception cover as required. Required skills & experience: have excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner have excellent administrative rec and computer skills have the ability to work effectively within a call centre and reception environment have an interest in promoting women’s health and well-being, and be especially willing to embrace Tikanga Maori. Please note that due to the requirements and nature of this role we would not be able to support an employer assisted work visa.
