We are currently looking for a fun and focused individual to fill our full time, permanent Administration Support Officer role. This role will be based at Hawkes Bay Regional Prison in Hastings.
You will deliver a wide range of administrative services from debtors and creditors, purchasing and processing stores, mailroom activities, financial accounts and overall balancing the administrative requirements of a variety of stakeholders within the organisation.
With a pride in your work, you ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Your computer skills are second to none as you navigate confidently through the Microsoft suite of applications, bespoke databases and management systems. Integrity is the key, maintaining confidentiality and discretion, whilst your ability to juggle tasks and communicate effectively to customers and colleagues alike provides a strong foundation in all that you do.
A pragmatic approach to problem solving and resilience in managing multiple stakeholders and ever changing demands is essential. Showcase your experience by demonstrating your ability to work within a multi-disciplined team, seizing the initiative to meet your customers’ needs.
The preferred candidate will demonstrate;

- proficient Microsoft office knowledge

This role has a salary range of $39,678 to $50,465 dependent on level of experience. Interviews are scheduled to take place on 30 January 2019.
