Spring Hill Corrections Facility is looking to employ a full time Administration Support Officer to join our Property team.  Reporting to the Reception & Movements Manager you will be an integral part of a small but dedicated team that provides support in our Receiving Office.

About the role | Mō te tūnga

In this busy and varied role, you will be responsible primarily for the accurate administration of property belonging to people in our care on the Departments computer database, including; the logging and maintaining of stored property and internal/external property transfer and compliance.

About you | Mōu

You will have superior work and time management skills as well as: 

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines whilst managing a high volume of work.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse range of people.
  • A sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Be physically capable in order to lift and move property.

The salary range for this position is $45,518 – $54,120 per annum.

Applicants must be a New Zealand citizen, New Zealand Resident Permit holder, Australian citizen or an Australian resident who holds a current Australian Resident Return Visa.
