The Administration Support Officer is responsible for delivering various administration functions across the site.

 

You will deliver a wide range of administrative services from debtors and creditors, purchasing and processing stores, stock taking, mailroom activities, trust accounts and overall balancing the administrative requirements of a variety of stakeholders within the organisation.

 

We are looking for a brilliant individual with accounting and finance experience. The successful candidate will be able to process journal entries and reconcile accounts in addition to the tasks mentioned above.

 

With pride in your work, you ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Your computer and excel skills are second to none, whilst your ability to juggle priorities, organise tasks and communicate effectively to customers and colleagues alike provides a strong foundation in all that you do.

This role has  a salary range of $39,678 to $50,465 dependent on level of experience. 

Interviews will take place on Tuesday 20 November for those who are successful.  

 

Applicants must be a New Zealand citizen or New Zealand Resident Permit holder, or  be an Australian citizen or an Australian resident who holds a current Australian Resident Return Visa.
