And for you.Find out more at About the Role:Due to our successful on going work program we are looking for an experienced Administration Team Leader to join our South Auckland Kainga Ora team. Reporting to the Administration Manager this is a full time, fixed term (two years) role and you will ensure all members of the team are aware of and act in accordance with the program’s requirements.Your responsibilities will include: Lead and support Administrators who undertake day-to-day management of the programResolve issues that have been escalated, making decisions that will support the programIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and support your team to implement these initiativesEngage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the program runs efficiently and services are co-ordinated Manage the data interface between the Work Supervisors and the Works Management System (WMS)Ensure all administration and co-ordination is completed for work orders, scoping, data entry and approvals into the works management system.Keep up to date with and create weekly & monthly reports on works statusAttendance of weekly & monthly client meetingsBuild and maintain strong, positive collaborative relationships across the team, sub-contractors and the clientManagement of customer complaints to meet KPIsPromoting our business culture and working according to our valueEnsuring our team has an unwavering focus on Zero Harm.
