Sector Group is recruiting for a proactive, positive administration superstar.
Sector Group brings together the best of strategy, policy, data analysis, research and evaluation capabilities to inform decision making by Justice Sector leaders.
We support an integrated justice sector to deliver ambitious results, for a safe and just New Zealand.
The Sector Group a team of innovation, strategy and insight. You’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other agencies and a range of people in the Ministry of Justice. 

 

Te āhuatunga a te tūranga/About the Role

As Administration Support you will work proactively and supportively as part of a team providing high quality business services and support to Sector Group. You will be proactive, positive, relationships focused, and you will love variety and the opportunity to work on lots of different things.  You will support a range of processes and systems across the group, working with the wider Business Services Team to ensure effective operation of the group.

Duties

  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support and information
  • Prepare documentation to support key business services
  • Effectively maintain a range of systems and processes
  • Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality and proactive business services

 

He pūkenga tou/Skills and Experience

  • National Certificate in Business Administration (Level 4) or other relevant qualification, or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience and a commitment to ongoing professional development
  • High degree of computer literacy
  • Well-developed written communication and editing skills
  • Relationships focused, positive and wanting to learn
