We help people gain access to needed services, ensuring they receive vital services, are safe, well-cared for, and live as independently as possible.What’s the role about?As the Administrator, you will provide valuable administrative support and complete reception duties at our local branch in Dunedin You will also be part of a wider regional satellite team of administrators, working together to support other branches in the Southern region, ensuring that quality and timely customer-centric service is provided to our customers and stakeholders. This a full-time role, 40 hours per week regular office hours Monday to Friday.What you’ll be doing:A range of administrative tasks, including rostering, updating time and attendance records, administrative support for customers living in residences managed by Healthcare NZDatabase administration, operating company systems, updating support worker information, service plan changesReception duties, including welcoming office visitors, answering phone calls, ensuring health & safety processes are followedAssist with the recruitment, onboarding and induction of new Support Workers in your areaWe are looking for people with the following skills:A minimum of 2+ years’ experience working in an administrative/ data entry/reception role or similar Confident technical and computer skills, ideally intermediate level across MS Office Suite Strong organisational skills, attention-to-detail, with ability to multitask is a must!
