About the role
Reporting to the Manager Customer Analytics this position plays a key role not only with our Customer Group but also across the whole of ACC. You’ll be leading the way in developing customer analytics bringing meaning to data using advanced analytics – a good Analyst knows how to turn information into insight!
This is a vital role with a big impact on the business and will see you stand out from the crowd.

An outstanding data scientist who uses business knowledge and advanced statistics to distil complex information into actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and delivering analytics projects along with experience using statistical/analytical software. It is critical you have the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business and are able to build the capability of the team in the use of analytical techniques. Most importantly, you’ll be curious and inquisitive about everything that comes your way and you’ll be able to turn this information into a solution that brings value.
