We have a permanent opportunity for an Adviser/Senior Adviser in the Appointments and Approvals team. You will be responsible for assessing applications from domestic and export food businesses of their documented risk management systems under the Animal Products Wine, and Food Acts. You will be dealing with a wide range of food sectors, from restaurants and cafes, to honey extractors, cheesemakers, pet food processors, and exporters of infant formula.
The successful applicant will be personable, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be a strong team player. In addition, applicants will have proven analytical and risk assessment skills, as well as a strong customer service focus.
