About our team | Mō tō mātou rōpū
The Ministerial Services team is responsible for management of ministerial correspondence and support within MPI. The team provides a crucial link between MPI and our three Ministers and seven portfolios, ensuring the Ministers are well supported to do their job. The team operates within a fast paced environment, managing over 4,000 items to Ministers each year and working right across MPI and its wide variety of functions.
About the role | Kōrero mō te tūranga
The Adviser roles in the team are responsible for managing the process for Ministers Weekly Reports, regular meetings with officials and the Ministry’s relationship with Select Committees. They are also responsible for supporting the Team Manager in managing the team, the function and leading process improvement initiatives as needed.
