Reporting to the Lending Team Manager , the Adviser Support will provide customer focused service to advisers and clients by supporting loan writing and administration processes. By doing so you will facilitate the smooth running of the company, while ensuring our clients’ loans are efficiently processed.
As the primary point of contact to clients, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing and processing loan and insurance applications and accurately updating the CRM database. In addition, you will liaise with advisers and other stakeholders to assist in the accurate completion of loan and insurance agreements, including pre and post approval management.
To be successful you will have experience in a similar administrative support role, ideally in a financial services environment. You will be adaptable and comfortable working in a busy and dynamic team, with excellent planning and organisation skills and have strong attention to detail. Your ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines, as well as having the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion will be essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge will also be required. Salesforce experience would be an advantage.
