We work on a range of different issues that impact how NZ justice services operate day to day, and how participants experience the justice system. The mahi we do can have a big impact on how people experience our justice system, often at one of the most vulnerable times of their lives.
Some of our current projects include improving the information and resources available to people making Care of Children Act applications in the Family Court and implementing changes to the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act that impact the Tenancy Tribunal and how it operates.
