Advisor, Performance, Quality and Capability

Permanent – National Office, Wellington

  • Permanent full time position

Reporting to the Manager Performance, Quality and Capability – SE&S, the Advisor supports the team in designing business processes and resources to support staff capability development, carrying out assurance and improvement, managing content in the practice hub, and support the team in administrative tasks. The Advisor supports change through influencing and enthuses others through personal advocacy, vision and drive, in collaboration with colleagues.

Key priorities for the role are:

  • Support work for the Performance, Quality and Capability work programme.
  • Support business process design, resources to support staff capability development, quality assurance and improvement and content management of the practice hub.
  • Support SE&S teams to undertake continuous improvement initiatives following the quality reviews.
  • Proactively contribute to the development of an effective working environment within SE&S regionally and nationally that encourages high performance, engagement, collaboration across teams, knowledge sharing, ongoing learning, creativity and innovation.
  • Administrative support for the team.
