We are recruiting into our newly formed Organisational Strategy, EPMO, and Performance team. We are part of Corporate Services, which has a kaitiaki role across the Ministry – protecting and looking after our organisation so we have great people, processes, and technology.


About the opportunity:

The Advisor is a critical role in our team, and will provide support and advice across our busy and varied work programme. More specifically you will:

  • Contribute to the development, improvement, and implementation of strategic and business planning
  • Help us tell the Ministry’s performance story to internal and external audiences through a range of performance reporting documents
  • Help our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office to embed best practice project and programme management across the Ministry.


About you:

To be successful you will need:

  • To be highly organised with strong administrative skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to analyse complex data and information and present that analysis in a variety of ways.
