The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi

Reporting to the Manager, People Experience, our People Experience Advisor, will assist in the delivery of the People Group’s strategy of insightful, connected, user-focussed processes and systems through information management, self-service, process automation, and improving our user experiences.

In this role, you will develop and implement the roadmap for the improvement and expansion of People Group’s self-service offering, within the suite of technologies and platforms available. You will design, maintain and improve the People Group’s self-service content, including our intranet, knowledge bases and other technologies. You’ll champion good information management practices within the people group.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • An ongoing continuous improvement mindset and drive to make our people content, information and processes more seamless and simpler for our people.
  • HR related background would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Knowledge of graphic, process or user experience design
  • Design thinking or related experience
  • Understanding of information management principles
  • Experience leading or collaborating in project work
  • Ability to think critically about processes and content

We are looking for people who have strong attention to detail and are customer service oriented. You will be compassionate and empathic and able to put employees at the centre of your work.
