    About the role

    Reporting to the Enterprise Agile Coach, your key function will be to drive and enable leaders and their teams to deliver high quality business and customer centric outcomes. You’ll be at the forefront of agile change, working day to day to grow and mature agile ways of working. Based in both our Ponsonby and Favona Support Office, the key priorities for the role:

  • Actively contribute to realising our Agile Transformation agenda
  • Build knowledge and capability across the Agile playbook, training materials and continuously evolve and improve this knowledge base
  • Ensure a focus on quality metrics that provide insights, transparency and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Empower squads through intent-based leadership
  • Identify and resolve systemic issues or impairments across tribes and also business units that block delivery
  • Support squads to achieve Agile delivery foundational standards and beyond
  • About you

    You will be an inspiring, charismatic individual with strong commercial sense. A pragmatist who can apply sound judgement and see things in context You will be an outstanding orator/coach/mentor with a genuine desire to role model for our ways of working and have Customer 1st at the forefront of everything you do.

    Your experience will likely reflect:

  • Proven commercial experience as an Agile Coach within digital and traditional settings(Certification highly advantageous)
  • Familiarity and exposure to multiple Agile Frameworks, Scrum, Tribal model, Kanban, SAFe/LeSS, but able to be agnostic of agile frameworks when assessing the most valuable way forward.
  • Familiar with the use of tools which includes JIRA, Confluence and others
  • Understanding of multiple techniques, product and design led innovation
  • Facilitation, experience with training, big room events, strategic or design workshops
