Job Description

It is time to join New Zealand’s largest private surgical facility with 22 theatres across three sites including ICU and cardiac intervention facilities. This is a hospital who are proud of providing a supportive team environment and positive leadership. They offer a range of specialities including cardiac, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, gynaecology, plastics, urology, general surgery, and, head and neck surgery.
As qualified practitioners you have access to excellent education, gain your ACLS qualifications, be part of patient transfer and resuscitation teams as well as keeping up your cannulation skills – both in the OR and on the wards. The ODPs also have the ability to work in scrub teams.
To be considered, you will hold/be eligible for registration with the Medical Sciences Council of NZ.

Full time hours: Primarily working Monday to Friday between the hours of 0630 to 2030
Part time hours: 3pm to 7pm or 3.30pm to 7.30pm, Monday to Friday
Casual: Opportunities for experienced practitioners to undertake casual work, Monday to Friday
*There are also opportunities available to work some Saturdays.
