About the Role 

We are looking for an experienced, forward thinking analyst to deliver high quality people analytics, reporting and advice.  You will be responsible for ensuring our HR data is captured accurately and at the right points in time.  

You will use this data to identify trends and create strategic insights to help us make informed business decisions.   We are looking for someone with creative flair who can help enhance our reporting systems, and create innovative ideas as to how we best share and utilise this information.  

A key focus of the role will be to identify and drive opportunities for improvement, to ensure we maximise the people systems we use.

Skills and Experience 

Our ideal candidate will offer: 

  • demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably working with Jade Star
  • strong understanding of payroll systems
  • advanced MS Excel skills
  • a strong customer focus with an exceptional eye for detail
  • highly developed analytical and conceptual thinking ability
  • experience in writing clear, concise material in different formats, both at a strategic and operational level for various audiences
  • the ability to engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • a ‘can do’ attitude within a team environment and a solutions focused approach to problem solving
  • an understanding and appreciation of Te Ao Maori.

Salary range: $66,521 to $86,086.  Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
