In order to support our transforming organisation, we are looking for an experienced Analyst to join the Service Integration & Delivery Management (SIDM) team which sits within the Information Technology & Change (IT&C) group.

About the role

The SIDM function ensures the integration across IR’s Primary Services and works with our business stakeholders and key suppliers to ensure that all our technical services operate efficiently and effectively. As an Analyst for Supporting Technology Services, your primary responsibility is to support the delivery and integration of services by analysing their service performance and administrating the day-today financial management of services.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have credibility within an ICT operational environment as well as proven communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Ideally your career history will include:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of using analytical techniques; you are skilled at taking high-level complex information and translating this into useable information for key stakeholders

  • Experience contributing to financial planning and budgeting, including validation and reconciliation of supplier invoices and forecasting the cost of services

  • Previous service co-ordination and reporting experience, including meeting scheduling, document drafting and maintaining schedule of change for your service, reporting on any backlogs, issues or service requests

  • the ability to create and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external vendors to deliver quality outcomes

  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities and demands from senior stakeholders

  • An understanding of Service Management / ITIL principles and knowledge of the SDLC, industry standards and methodologies
