As an Area Service Delivery Manager (Courier), you’ll create focus, drive accountabilities and support future growth in parcels. Key performance measures include safety, commercial and service performance, productivity, people leadership and engagement. 

Key to your success will be your proven experience in an operational leadership role, you will drive success and lead through others to create a high performance, customer-centric culture. You’re a true people leader with strong interpersonal skills to confidently lead, coach and motivate your team. You have the ability to build trust, influence and maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels. Commercially, you have a good understanding of revenue and profit drivers and have experience in financial and budget management.  

This role is a brilliant opportunity to make a positive impact on service performance for the Auckland South Region and support the success of parcel growth for NZ Post. Our core business hours are Monday to Friday, however flexibility is required recognising the 24/7 nature of our organisation.
