Aruba currently has an opportunity for a Partner Business Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be assigned a number of Silver NZ Partners and coordinate all company activities with these Partners including education, marketing, executive briefings, business planning and client engagements to ultimately drive additional revenue through joint sales efforts.

As Aruba Partner Business Sales Specialist You Will: –

  • Effectively sell all Aruba offerings by building strategic relationships with Partner contacts and promote HPE’s company-wide programs and offerings
  • Act as the trusted expert to assigned Partners for more advanced information regarding products, services, software transitions, promotions, and configurations
  • Guarantee a seamless experience for Partners using the HPE tools
  • Develop account plans with partner to grow the company’s share of the business
  • Influence partners to create and maintain their company funnel
  • Ensure partners are compliant with legal and Standards of Business Conduct practices
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
  • About You: –

  • 1 – 5 years’ experience in sales through experience in an IT Sales or Channel sales role
  • Understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel, including competitive positioning highly regarded
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented, driven, highly energetic, perseverant
  • Ability to engage with people and build robust working relationships
  • A positive, can-do attitude
