As an Assessor you will be relied upon to read and assess our customer’s personal files and trusted to release information that they are entitled to receive under the Privacy and Official Information Acts. It is a demanding role that requires you to be able to communicate with customers to understand what matters to them and make informed decisions on what information they can receive.
You will be working in an environment that supports continuous improvement through your coach and team leader and you will be someone who always looks for ways that the business can grow, supported by the data and evidence you collect. You’ll be a critical thinker who is comfortable working independently; able to design and manage your own workload to meet targets. You’ll be tasked with managing sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner and make clear decisions based on logical analysis. It is vital that you have proficiency in the English language, a keen eye for detail and the ability to read and interpret large volumes of information, including Legislation. If you have knowledge and understanding of the Privacy Act of 1993 and the Official Information Act of 1982 that would be a huge bonus!
