Join us as our Assistant Brand Manager, and grow your marketing career working on some epic RTD brands including new brands to the Lion family – Hyoketsu & Four Pillars! Reporting to our Senior Brand Manager you will also be responsible for owning our marketing activity across our Lion owned RTD brands like Byron Bay, Parklane, Billy Maverick as well as supporting on other initiatives across the portfolio.

As our Assistant Brand Manager, you will have responsibility for:
• Participating in the development and implementation of brand strategies and annual brand plans across the full marketing mix to drive brand recruitment and conversion and achieve volume market share targets.
• Participation in Brand Owner reporting and delivery of contracted targets
• Delivering differentiated and inspirational programmes to drive engagement with consumers and integrate with the Customer Activation Team to translate strategy into shopper activation programs.
• Supporting senior team in delivering portfolio & brand strategies and activations on time, and to a high standard.
• Developing a comprehensive knowledge of the Spirits and RTD market to provide insights and support opportunities for development of brands and business strategy.
• Working within cross functional teams, including supply chain and production to achieve the agreed 1-3 year achievement goals
• Involvement in Sponsorship & Events

To be successful in this role you will have:
• Junior experience within a brand marketing role (min. 2yrs) OR you may come from a trade marketing / shopper marketing background.
• Excellent personal and communication skills
• Project and budget management experience.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team orientated work environment.
• Strong analytical skills
• Solid stakeholder management skills (for example with creative agencies and internal colleagues)
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic plans and think innovatively.
