Success in this role will come from a combination of operational and people coaching skills – starting with being focused and positive in a fast moving and ever-changing environment, taking ownership, viewing problems as opportunities and a will to be better than great! It’ll help if you’re fun and friendly too!The role is approximately 50% operations and 50% coaching. You will work hand in hand with the Content Director and Brand Manager in an exciting role where you will be exposed to all senior decisions, strategies, planning, and will be treated a senior player in the The Hits decision making environment, therefore applicants need to demonstrate the maturity that comes with that brief.In return you’ll be working with a team who know how to make great radio!
