Our Technology Directorate delivers technology for GCSB, NZSIS and the wider security and intelligence sector. Our purpose is to ensure that mission requirements are met today and in the future – realising positive outcomes for New Zealand. 

This is a senior position within the GCSB, leading delivery and providing strategic leadership to the GCSB, NZSIS and the wider sector. You will be responsible for portfolio/programme/project management; data/information management; service delivery; and commercial management. 

As a senior leader, you will be adept at strategic and operational planning, service management, and leading high performing teams. You will have extensive experience in:

  • Service delivery within a technology and/or data management context
  • Managing large and complex technology programmes/projects
  • Leading teams and managers through periods of substantial change and growth
  • Stakeholder management within a high-pace environment
  • Attending to policy and security constraints within a compliance-focused organisation
  • Commercial Management
