ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
Te Papa stands proud as an iconic national building housing the treasures of our nation and is a vibrant destination for both national and international visitors.
An opportunity has arisen for a highly energetic and motivated retail professional to join Te Papa to support the growth of our retail sales business. Te Papa operates two permanent retail stores increasing to three on occasion to coincide with major exhibitions, as we are currently with ‘WOW’.
Working in tandem with our Store Manager, you will coach and lead our Retail Sales Team to achieve excellent standards of customer service, and support their ongoing training and development of product knowledge and sales techniques.
Applicants must be available to work 40 hours per week across regular shifts as rostered over a seven day roster. As Te Papa is open 364 days per year, weekend work is included in our rosters.
