A senior digital planning role supporting the digital managers by contributing to and executing digital media strategy across a portfolio of accounts. Play a key role in the planning & buying of effective digital campaigns on behalf of MBM clients, whilst actively overseeing digital implementation and channel optimisation.
What you will do
Work alongside the Digital Manager and clients to maximise their digital media activities.
Support client accounts through scheduling and attending meetings as appropriate, developing contact reports and other required documentation.
Provide client-specific research, competitive reviews and reporting across a diverse portfolio of business.
Take client or internal briefs and work alongside the Digital Manager to develop strategic approach to digital plans, with Directors support on framework, measurement plan and audience strategy.
Following on from the media strategy work alongside the Digital Manager to brief partners and assess the responses from partners.
Manage timelines & deliverables by working collaboratively with internal specialists, both buying & delivery partners (ad platforms, SEM, and implementation) as well as project teams (SEO, Analytics, Content) and publisher & creative partners.
Develop an in-depth understanding of digital tools and platform opportunities to understand audience sizes, targeting capabilities and measurement.
Work with Digital Manager on buy changes and optimisations and ensure these are carried through to any necessary client approvals and schedule updates.
Oversee the campaign and platform implementation, taking accountability for buying application of the audience strategy.
Use data supplied by implementation teams to create insightful campaign performance reports (pacing, interim and final reports) to be presented internally and to clients.
Assist in the design, update, and analysis of digital media dashboarding.
Identify and recommend optimisations to activity to share with the Digital Manager and client.
3+ years industry experience
DV360, Google AdWords and Google Analytics certified (and/or experienced & willing to become certified)
