What would you be doing?
You’ll be part of the Technology Consulting team based in Wellington.

As an Azure Data and Integration Engineer we will depend on you for key responsibilities including:
Collaborating with our wider team to develop solutions using Microsoft Azure Data and Integration Services
Implementing solutions using Microsoft Azure Data and Integration Services
Mentoring and guiding delivery teams to build quality solutions using Microsoft Azure Data Services
Leading troubleshooting and diagnostics exercises
Assisting in the definition and implementation of Devops Pipelines for automated CI/CD of solution components
What do you need to bring to the role?
Experience in senior developer capacity, developing and configuring data solutions using the Microsoft Azure Platform, with a deep knowledge of the following:
Microsoft Azure Platform (Certified)
A programming background (C#/Java etc.)
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services (Configuration and Implementing Solutions) using:
Knowledge of SQL Server, and Azure SQL Capabilities
Azure Cosmos DB
Azure Synapse Analytics (Previously Azure SQL DW)
Azure Machine Learning
Azure API Management
Azure Logic Apps
Public Cloud Platform as a Service Data Offerings
Knowledge of Data Integration Patterns, implementations, standards and protocols
Azure Networking knowledge (desirable)
Understanding of Data Integration Styles, Patterns, Protocols and Implementations
Knowledge of Visualisation Tools and how data is used to support visualisation activities using PowerBI, Qlik Sense, Tableau etc.
