The Evidence-Based Policing Centre conducts research and evaluations to improve policing.  The Business Advisor contributes administrative support Evidence-Based Policing programmes, forums, events and projects, as well as providing project management support to projects across the EBP Service Centre.

  • Experience developing and working to project plans including identifying activities, milestones, dependencies, proactively managing risks, and problem solving issues as they arise
  • Well organised and detail skilled; good administrator; plans and prioritises own work well; delivers on time.
  • Knows personal strengths and weaknesses, seeks and receives feedback well; able to raise issues directly with Manager and provide feedback as needed.
  • Strong written communication skills (including English proficiency).
  • Enjoys working hard, learns quickly and willingly; enjoys challenge of unfamiliar tasks, effectively copes with change, uncertainty and ambiguity.
