Expectations are high for this role:
You’ll need to be masterful in building effective relationships with, and gain the confidence of, various business end user and management communities in order to truly understand business strategies, policies and functions. You will lead the product increment analysis activities and develop business domain understanding to enable definition and documentation of business problems or opportunities. You will work in the agile teams, working towards your definition of ready and keeping the teams fed with work from the portfolio backlogs.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
Living and breathing the Agile values and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our agile practice is a must, along with being a good listener and being able to easily build rapport. You’ll need to be dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers, and be an expert at sensing what is needed to accomplish goals and eliminating any roadblocks along the way.
We’d prefer it if you have 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, during which time you will have been involved in complex IT initiatives and system environments including APIs and integration.
