Our services can range from solution management through to product and service education.

Day to day you will be partnering and proactively working with a dynamic portfolio of customers building strong relationships to truly understand their business requirements and deliver value added solutions. In addition to engaging with various business segments and key stakeholders through various channels to improve the ACC experience.

What you need to be successful:

  • You have strong relationship management skills to partner and proactively work with a dynamic portfolio of customers
  • Extensive experience building trust and credibility to influence behaviour and outcomes in a complex business environment
  • Able to anticipate needs in key segments with a continuous delivery and customer outcome focus
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to enhance our customers experience
  • Influence, enable and facilitate to connect business customers and those who are best placed to meet their needs
  • Strong ability to build and leverage business networks across industry, associations, intermediaries and internally at ACC
  • Proven business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Ability to work effectively within a legislated complex environment
